Are we getting near to sign up for this one? I'd start it but I don't know how to do the addresses so they fit on labels.

I'll join with you Sue if we have someone do the addresses.

I'll join too. I'd even be willing to do the addresses, but my email address will be changing on Monday or Tuesday. Judy

I can collect the addresses and do the labels. What would be the time period?

To keep this list organized I am starting a new topic with all of the above on the list.

Setting up the mailing list is a very simple task for anyone who has Microsoft Word (and probably any of the other major word processing programs). In Word, just do the following:
• Open a new document • Choose "Tools" and "Envelopes/Labels" • Click the Labels tab • Choose "Options" and scroll down to find Avery 5160 as the label choice (this is a pretty standard label of 3 columns with 10 rows) • Click "New Document" • A new document will open, already formatted for the label you chose. Since most exchanges contain 27 names, you have the first row of labels free to type in the exchange info and label type it is formatted for. • Add names and save with appropriate file name
Now, if you really want to take the easy way, just choose an address listing you have been sent, and edit it. Of course, you will want to use the "Save As" option and give it a new name so you don't overwrite the original file.
