An earlier post mentioned I had received the card Charles sent, now I can add John, Joanie and Stephanie to my list. Great cards..keep them coming. Mine are addressed, but I'm waiting awhile until I send them.

PCE#15 is off to a flying start. I've received three or four cards already. I'll try to get my cards out within a week or so. Things are just too busy right now.

I received John's card yesterday but haven't seen a card yet from Joan. It must be a little slow in the mail. frown

It was a bonus day yesterday. I received 3 cards from Joan, Tom & Joyce, and Sue.

I see why your card took so long Joan...it was returned for lack of postage. Luckily, Joan had her return address on the card. laugh

I have a rare day off so I prepared all the postcards for PCE#15. They only need stamps at the Post Office. Hopefully, they will be on their way later today.

I did not send out the same card to everyone. I don't have 25 or so of the same cards in stock at this time so each of you in this exchange will be receiving different cards.

Received yesterday cards from Tom & Joyce & Ron.
Ron - I visited that LH in the early 1980's. Unfortunately the place was locked up tight so I never got to climb the tower. Too bad!
Thanks to all.

Thanks for all the great cards. I've been out of touch lately but hope to catch up quickly. Bob S. I blew up a picture of Orient Point that I took along with one of Old Field Point that I've been using in some talks about Lighthouses. Most everyone that see that photo can't believe lighthousekeepers actually lived there.

Thanks again, everyone. Judy

All my cards are in the mail today. I thought when I bought the cards that they were all the same. Somehow, there was a different card mixed in with the original one I thought I was buying. Anyway, about 2/3 are the same card and the other 1/3 are a different card.

I haven't seen either card floating around in the exchanges so hopefully it won't matter which card you get. smile

Will everybody be able to weather the storm....as I put mine in the mail on Wednesday as well!!

Anybody got any good ideas on what to do with duplicates? My collection of "extras" (used) is growing considerably. I don't want to throw them out, and would like to pass them on or trade them to those who might need them.

Maybe I'll save up a few more and put them up for grabs on Ebay??

Both Lorie's and Bryan's cards arrived today. Thank you both! smile

George, if you want to give other forum members a crack at those extras you could start another thread in this forum to see if anyone else might want to make a trade. (You don't have to say who sent them, lol!) There may be others who collect cards but just haven't joined in the exchanges.

You could try to sell them but if they're newer cards I wouldn't think you'd make enough to justify the cost of listing them?

I've got some duplicates too but as they are all personalized by the senders each is still unique, imo.
