Hello, just replying to let folks know which cards I have received. Am a bit confused since there are 3 exchanges going on and a couple of cards do not have exchange numbers on them, so there is a chance I received a card without an exchange number. All the cards are wonderful and none are the same. They span coast to coast, plus PEI. Have been to several, but the cards beg me to go on more roadtrips to see more lighthouses. Thanks. So far I have 9 cards total from Joann, Rich, Suzanne, George, Mombo, Shirin, Linda, Joanie, and Lorie. If I missed anyone, please let me know so I can keep an eye out for your card. I don't want to miss any. Going to the mail box is lots of fun these days.

Ok Gang:

If I used the right mailing list, you should be receiving my card soon as they went in the mail on the 1st of July. I was just waiting for the postage to go up before sending them out so I could help the USPS.

I apologize if anyone receives a duplicate card from me. I should have kept a better record, but I really do not know what card I sent to what people from other exchanges. Once again, my apologies if you receive a duplicate card!

-Todd

I'm leaving for the Outer Banks in the morning so I'll post the answers now...hopefully most of you have received the card and have had time to ponder the questions.

The substance mined in the immediate vicinity of the Cove Point light in the 1950s and 60s was titanium.

John Donohoo was the man responsible for alot of Chesapeake Bay lights built in the first part of the 1800s...including the Cove Point, Concord Point, Piney Point lights...among others.

I received your card today Darlene. It's a great view, not just the lighthouse like I've seen before. And a different ladybug also! Thanks so much. BTW, I tried to take a picture for you today. There was a ladybug on one of my plants but she didn't want to stay in focus for the picture. frown

Hi Sue, thanks for the effort. I've never been very successful at photographing a real ladybug. This is a new Mukilteo post card we got for the gift shop this year. Has been a very popular seller. Glad everyone enjoyed it. Darlene

According to my list, I am still missing 3 cards for this exchange. Someone please correct me if I'm wrong. When Bryan's arrives it will be down to the final 2.
