Here's another exchange for those who don't care whether their post cards come with writing or not and don't care that their cards may arrive with a few frayed edges.

If you'd prefer unmarked and undamaged cards, use this exchange instead: Post Cards Mailed in Envelopes

First 25 sign-ups will constitute this exchange with post cards to be mailed between January 1 and June 30, 2001.

I'm not counting myself in this one.

Can I assume that these envelope/ no envelopes are the 3rd and 4th Postcard exchanges, and that this is not in-lieu of StJohn postcard Exchange 2 which is scheduled to start after the New Year which will be #5???????

These are Postcard exchanges #3 and #4. While comments urging a renewal of St. John's and Pharaolgst's exchanges are posted under those topics, these are not considered renewals.

OK, I'll start it. I had fun with the first. I liked getting everyone's notes! Just don't expect me to be real early getting cards out, 'cause I gotta get somewhere to reload. I'll also volunteer to collect, compile & distribute addresses for this exchange.

I too love getting the notes on the back of the postcards received; so count me in on this one too.

Count me in this one also.

I'll come up with some different cards this time.

Count me in on this one also. Just remember to let me know which list of people is for which particular exchange.

Whatever the # is up to...count me in on this list as well. Thanks Dave for agreeing to make up a mailing list. Would you mind noting somewhere on the list that this is for post cards mailed without the envelope? This will help me not get confused between both groups.

Derith would be # 9. John & LI Bob have not opted into this exchange.

I'm in if we're not renewing the St John Exchange automatically. That probally makes sense so we don't have a closed group.

I'll be #12. I've enjoyed the personal messages on the two postcard exchanges. I'll take my chances with an occasional frayed edge!

Count me in....#14. But it'll probably be sometime in January before I can send out anymore cards since I exhausted all of my spare cards in the last two mailings.
Personally, I enjoy getting the cards with the notes on the back, as well as the postmark. I get enough "things" in the mail in envelopes...LOL!!

Count us in for #15. Since we are new to this I will have to go out and find the 25 cards.

Thanks Dave for making up the list.

Count me in again. I liked the notes as well.I've actually confused the two exchanges. Better go remove myself from the pristine card list.

I'd like to join this group. I enjoy the personal notes on the back as much as I enjoy the cards.

Mike will probably shoot me, but I love getting the cards in the mail. So, I'll join this one too! But as stated in the other group, everyone one will have to wait until Mid-February after we come back from our trip to the West Coast (where I hope to find all the cards).

I think this makes me #20

Ok, Count us in for this exchange as well. We enjoyed getting any and all postcards. It may be a stretch for us but what the heck. We want to be in touch with as many lighthouse friends and family members as possible.
