I received round robin #4 on Saturday! Of the 10 cards, I kept 6! Thanks for doing this BJ! It's pretty easy to keep going. I am senting out the next set of ten on Monday to Charles.

Randy, I'm glad you received everything okay and that it was easy. I hope everyone else likes it too. If we can keep this going, it will be a great way to trade and collect cards.

I received the postcard packet for Round Robin #4 today. I have selected 3 cards to keep. I guess I have been in so many postcard exchanges that it is becoming harder to find postcards that I don't already have.

I just put in 3 new cards and have the envelope sealed and ready to send out to Joyce in the morning.

This is fun and easy join in.

Just a thought, maybe if should be required to participate that you would have to go on the collector forums to let your group know that each person had received their packet. Also, the approximate date of when it would be sent on to the next person. I think this would avoid a lot of confusion and anxiety that the cards were not lost in the mail.

Lorie, Joyce is an online collector. She read my post regarding the postcard Round Robin and emailed me about joining. If she wants to reveil her forum name than she can, otherwise I do not believe it's my place to reveil her name in case she doesn't want anyone knowing her real name. I will email her and see if she received the package. When she replies to me I will post it, otherwise she can post it herself. Maybe to avoid these problems next time - I will use everyones' forum names instead of their real names. I know what it is like to have a stalker and be afraid of letting anyone know your real name or place of homestead.

Hi received my postcards on Saturday, 10/4, kept 8 and sent them on to Linda today. Just got a chance to post on the forum. Have been a memeber of the forum for over a year, well before we attended the reunion in Baltimore.

Thank you Joyce for posting, we were curious on how the robin was going. Of course the last couple of posts have brought an issue to my attention. From now on I will post the person's forum name instead of their real name, this will save on any confusions - and it will keep identities safe for any one that doesn't want people knowing it. If you have a preference, please email me, otherwise I will post the forum names from now on.

I hope everyone has enjoyed the Robin - I will mix the mailing order, add a name or two and will send it out as soon as I receive it back.

Congratulations everyone on Round Robin #4. I hereby give you each a gold star! I received the Round Robin today and you wouldn't believe it - Every thing was correct!!! 10 postcards, each having a lighthouse on them - the labels attached as the rules state. Amazing! We are now at 2 robins wrong and 2 robins right! That's a 50/50 rate! :p

Hi, bonnebert, Joyce here. Got home from work and the postcards are here. We are leaving for an overnighter on the Eastern Shore, which will give me an opportunity to pick up some more cards from different areas, and I will send on to Lorie Roe Monday morning on my way to work. What a neat way to collect cards. I'm loving it.

I received the postcard packet in the mail yesterday from Joyce. I took out 6 cards and it is in the mail this morning. It is now on it's way to NY to Charles.

Received RR#4 from Lorie yesterday (Thanks Lorie). Took out 4 cards, put 4 more in & it will go out Friday to Ohio.

RR #4 made it to Southwest Ohio yesterday! I kept 6 cards and sent out the 10 to Florida today. You will be getting them soon BJ!

Sorry this RR is going to be slow. I have been in Hawaii since the 20th and just returned home last night. I have not yet picked up all my mail that has been held. I'm sure that it will be with my HUGE pile today. I have cards ready and will send them out tomorrow.

As some of you may know - I have been in Michigan the last couple of weeks touring lighthouses and spending time with my husband. I will be home around Saturday, will take out the cards I want, replace them with some Michigan/Ohio postcards, I'll change the mailing order, and will get it back on it's way. Great job everyone! I received the Round Robin last week, but didn't get to check it until now. Unfortunately one of our robin members has asked to be removed, so we will be short for a bit. I'm sure that we will be able to fill the void soon though. If by the next time it comes back to me and I don't have anyone new interested in joining, then I will change a person from another robin into this robin.
