HI All:
With Glen's passing, I've been a lot behind the 8 ball. I received nine cards and then one from Derek today. What a surprise. A lovely card of Longships Lighthouse. I forgot who was who and contacted Dave about this new addition.
This is such a wonderful this to be involved in. A way to remember Glen. Thanks all.

Hi Everyone, My cards are in the mail. Thanks to everyone that has sent a card. So far I've received cards from Stephanie, Cyndi, Lorie, Hilari, Bob, Ellie, and Darlene. I always enjoy opening my mailbox and finding lighthouse cards. Judy

I received Judy's cards and write-up today. Thanks Judy. I just loved that trip! The weather was perfect and the company even better. I'm glad we could enjoy it together.

I forgot how many were on the mailing list. I have received 11 cards. Should I be looking for any more?

My count is 3. I figure we are all in that 3-4 range of cards still outstanding. Once my list is fullfilled. I will then launch a trial balloon for an out-of-envelope exchange. Lets get this finished up!

I still have from 11 different people, but I did get a 2nd card from Derek Harvey today. Have you noticed the stamps he uses - look like puzzle pieces. Neat

Schooner,
Maybe it's time for you to contact the remaining 3 to remind them of this exchange. I don't remember if we had a deadline date or not. But it has been long enough!

I read over Page 1 and made a list of everyone who said they'd do it. Did anyone get a card from Tammy Wolfe? The others I didn't get yet were Roy McB, Bill38429, and DocJ44. Are they ones that are supposed to be outstanding?

I am still missing 3 cards from John Young, Tammy Wolfe, and Roy and Carolyn McBee.
I never did receive a card from Derek Harvey.
The first card I received was from Bill Edwards on 12/5/2008 of the Portsmouth Lightship. I think over 3 months is getting to be long enough for everyone to get their cards sent out.

I am missing the same three (John Young, Tammy Wolfe, and the McBee's).
However... yes, I did get a nice card from Derek Harvey.

That matches my list. I'll drop a note to them to see if we can get this finished up soon.
I did not set a deadline because folks should understand that this is a sooner rather than later venture. A deadline is not enforceable.
But enough time has passed to get this wrapped up.

I have heard from one of the three that are still missing from the completion of this exchange. Figuring that their mailing will be going out shortly, if not already, that just leaves two to go.
With that being said, I'm willing to start another exchange, pending sufficient numbers signing up to participate. This one will be an out-of-envelope exchange. I'll be starting a new topic for that one.

Got John's "mini-bundle" today... That just leaves only one participant left missing. I have had no response to my private mesg. or regular e-mail note to them. I will try to drop a line to them in the USPS. Otherwise, I would say this one could be called done.

Both Tammy's and John's cards were there when I checked my mailbox today. Thank you to both of you!

I received Tammy's cards yesterday and John's cards today. Thanks to both of you for the extra cards enclosed. All these cards get me wanting a lighthouse visit. I hope it comes sooner rather than later.

Sent a note via USPS a week ago to the one lone missing participant in this exchange. No response. Let's call it, game over.
