Can someone tell me when Mike Rothman started the The Lighthouse Trading Post.
Did he start in magazines or the internet or both.

I remember Matt advertising in Classifieds and perhaps small display ads in Collectors Mart Magazines around 1996. He website came a bit later.
He had two articles published in Collectors Mart on Harbour Lights - one on CH1 and CH2 and one on Coquille. I'll email copies to you.

The question that needs to be asked/answered is "is Lighthouse Trading still in business?". I had a call from a collector asking this specific question as he indicates he has been trying for some time to contact him with no response. Says he spoke with another collector that has the same problem. Ad is still in LH Digest and web site works but is he MIA? Can't very well sell lighthouses if you don't respond to inquiries....
