Besides it not being cockspur, it even isn't a Harbour Light or is it even a lighthouse. That's a chimney not a lighthouse.

They also changed the shipping costs to a more reasonable amount.
I was of the opinion that is was probably just some errors on the listers part- not intentional just careless. I Imagine somebody sent them an e-mail to notify them of the problems and they fixed it.

Going price is around $250 to $350
If you are a patient ebayer it is possible to find one as low as $150 with out box.
