I've been following ebay periodically to see if the Liberty Enlightening the World pops up and what its current secondary market value would be. So far I haven't seen one...has anyone else? I suspect most who have it already are holding onto it so there are not alot of "extras" for sale.

Since "it" is basically an Open Edition, I know.. I know.. timed Edition, and is available for the whole year and in any amount you would like to order and or purchase, you shouldn't ever see it for sale on eBay. Well almost never, there will always be the person who needs to clean out their closet etc. This lighthouse will undoubtedly be the biggest edition size of a Harbour Lights lighthouse by far, so it will take a long time to increase in value if ever. I also think some dealers will probably buy some extra stock right before the end of the year to supply themselves for a while. Some dealers will probably eventually sell at a discount down the road even though they signed a contract with Harbour Lights stating that they wouldn't sell at discount. Would anyone care to guess how many SOLs will be purchased in the allotted time period? My guess would be around 8500. Bob

I think that number is going to be much higher Bob. From the dealers I have spoken with, LETW is flying off the shelves.
If I had to guess, I would put the number in the 15,000 to 20,000 range.
