Welcome to the Forums. Let me be one of many to say hello to you. Please post and tell us about your interests in lighthouses and also include a little bit about yourself. While you are looking over the Forums and becoming familiar with our different topics, I want to tell you about our HL Collector Forums Exclusive that was made for our members by Harbour Lights. It is a replica of the Erie Land Light and is available now. The cost is $50.00 and a member may buy as many of these exclusives as they want. The lighthouse is a limited edition of only 500 pieces. By chance, might you be the new owners of the Middle Ground Light? Many of us were in the area a few weeks back and got to see that light from the water.

yep, we are the owners of Middle Ground Light in Newport News, Va. We are in the process of renovating it. I just got back from there today with the floor refinishers working on the quartersawn heart pine floors. We intend to just use the light as a family retreat (we have a big extended family), but if anybody passing by wants to see it and we are not too busy (and the wind cooperates), they would be welcome.
