Friday night we were pleased to have an event in Cincinnati with Nancy signing our Mark Twain Event Pieces. It was a pleasure to be able to talk to her again, and it was a pleasant surprise to know that she once lived in the Cincinnati area! As far as I could tell, the only other Wacko's there were, Kate and Dave Hemming. I didn't find out until after the fact, because none of us had on our badges! (Shame on us!) It was nice talking with them, and we probably would have talked more if we knew who each other was! I didn't think anyone else from the forums would be there. (Was I wrong!) The crowd was small and the chances for winning GOLD was good for everyone in attendance. I was fortunate enough to have Nancy pull my name out of the bag to win GOLD! I could never thank her enough!!! Thank you Nancy and Harbour Lights for a wonderful event!

Congats to Randy!!! Couldn't have happened to a nicer connected collector. If Kate couldn't have won I'm glad it was another wacko. And yes, shame on us for not wearing our badges. Also, it was finally nice to meet Randy and his family.

Thanks Dave, it was great talking to the two of you also. We probably ran into each other in Baltimore, but this was nice being it was a much smaller crowd! Looking forward to seeing you again at Rosemont!

Randy,

Congrat's on the GOLD and welcome to the GOLD Club. Were there any pictures taken? It is always nice to see the big grins on the GOLD winners face.

Thanks Chuck! The new owner of the store took a few digital pictures. If I can get one and if I think I look presentable, I will try and post it! There is some other breaking news that maybe will come out in the next few days ....

Kentucky, is that where they have all that blue grass or is it blue blood? When I was n' Tennessee they bled orange, strangest thing you ever seen!
