On the way home from the Rosemont Show /Summer Regional, Sue said we need to go somewhere in the Fall to see the Fall colors. I re-arranged a couple of my vacation days I have left this year and now the Brady's will be making the Great Lakes Lighthouse Festival in October. Bill will be there, in Alpena, on Saturday October the 12th and now so will the Bradys. [This message has been edited by engbrady (edited 07-01-2002).]

 Sounds like a plan for a October East Michigan/Huron Shore lighthouse viewing road trip! Got ideas? Where do we start? Lighthouses to visit? Place to stay? "On the road again, just can't wait to get on the road again"!!!

Won't be able to make it to Alpena this year. Carol & I are signed up to take a Panama Canal cruise (San Francisco to Ft. Lauderdale) during the 1st half of October.
Hope the weather is better this year than last year's monsoon!!

I plan to go to Alpena this year also. We plan to visit East Lake Michigan shore lighthouses on the way there and UP Michigan lighthouses on the way home to Wisconsin.

See you there Paul. I had planned to go last year, but a system screw-up at work cancelled that. This year I'm going regardless of their problems. Might be a good weekend for a Harley trip.
