Harbour Lights has just alerted all its reps to the fact that no stickers of any type should be placed on the bottom of the piece. There is a problem that any sticker will destroy or ruin the imprinting on the bottom.

Be advised that any piece that your retailer has applied a price sticker is going to be damaged when you try to remove the sticker.

That's not surprising. I know of a retailer which has a sticker ON TOP OF Bill Youngers signature on a Thomas Point (MD) Signature series piece!!

I hate when that happens. They should just keep a list of prices at the registers, no need to mess with the statue. I have a couple of older HL's that have the price stickers on the bottom and have just left them there. KYKEEPER.

So far, I've not seen that occur...but thanks, a bunch, for the "heads-up"!

No problem, just tell the dealer you will purchase the piece if they can remove the the sticker without damaging it.
