I plan on being there along with my Son. I'll need him to help me carry the lighthouses I'm bringing for signing. I'm also planning on attending the Ponce Inlet affair on Nov. 6 with Nancy. I'll wear my badge.

Too bad they don't have a drawing for who drove the furthest to attend. frown Excluding Kim ofcourse, I most likely would win! laugh Last year I had just started my new job in Jacksonville (Baldwin). But this time I'm coming all the way from Mobile 430 miles (maybe 530 because of the detour on I-10 Pensacola).

If you're attending this event, don't forget to ask questions about what new releases might be coming up in the near future. Please share that info in the "Rumor Mill" thread here at the CF.

A good time was had by all at Edgewater Treasures on Saturday. Kim was not to anxious to be there as we kidded with her and told her another hurricane could whip at at any time and ground her flight back to California. She stayed quite busy signing pieces and I didn't really get a chance to talk too much about furture releases. I did mention to her that the flag on the Eagle should not be flying from the fantail when a ship is underway and showed her where the flag should be flying. The fantail is where the flag flys when a ship is in port. The Collectors Forum was well represented with Shortcake, Jim Chesher, Daniel and myself being present. We also did quite well with the gifts as Shortcake won a balloon and lighthouse, Jim won a lighthouse, Daniel won a HL shirt and the "Gold", I won a LE lighthouse and my son won a HL Society membership kit. Maybe one of the others talked to Kim more about future releases and will post what they heard.

Before things got kicked off and running, RIP gave Kim a hand in the back room as she had many many HL's to sign for the store.

I did ask Kim if she would please give us at least some idea as to what to look farward to in 2005. And she said "2005 Reunion". So I asked again more direct, "What HL's might we look forward to seeing?". And she said "can't tell you" "I know how you Forum Folks are, you'ed have it posted before I could finish talking!". laugh Dang, she knows us very well!

Shortcake,

Your first picture of "DANIEL" just blew my mind. I thought that I knew him. Then I contemplated for a moment and -- WOW!

Did DANIEL take a trip to Sweden that no one knew about? Did Christmas come and go without anyone telling me? How did Kim shrink so quickly?

Three "Senior Moments" right in a row. My poor heart can't take much more of this.

But your second picture immediately cleared eveything up. Great Pictures!

Bob

Congratulations to all the winners -- including Shortcake who only a week ago didn't know how to post a picture here! Great job on photography, reporting and uploading the images, Stephanie!

And congrats on winning the gold back in Mobile, too.

FYI
Where I work is on the left of Edgewater Treasures about 4 buildings down along the river. The city is connecting a river walk from where I work to where Edgewater is located. It is always a plus when you can walk to your Harbour Light Dealer from work.

Yes Mombo it has been two years. I was so hopeing to change that at Edgewater Treasures. But it just wasn't to be! So I just had to have some fun and pretend for a minute by posting the old pic. from 2 years ago.

My Congratulations go to Daniel, you are a lucky guy.
