The only 1 I know for sure BY will be at the st. augustine festivaland I believ it is in March.Bill O'Brien

St. Augustine event is not sked as a Regional Event, it is a signing event. Regionals will probably not be set until January - February time frame. Plenty of time to lobby the HL home office to hold one in your neighborhood.
