Are you aware that the Int'l Collector Expo is this coming weekend Sat & Sun, the 24th and 25th in Long Beach, CA. Bill and Nancy Younger will be there BUT NO EVENT PIECES ARE AVAILABLE AT THIS EVENT. But...
this is the 25th Annniversary of this expo, visit with the Youngers while they sign some of your pieces, drop by to hear Bill's speaking engagements either Saturday or Sunday, stick around for FABULOUS door prizes, and then visit the HL family at a mini reunion at 5PM on Saturday at Point Fermin (Please call the HL Service Dept at 800-365-1219 if attending so as to help them plan for how much food to prepare).

For more info regarding the expo, tickets or suggestions for motel/travel arrangements call Krause Publications at (715)445-2214 or see this site http://www.krause.com/shows/collectibleshow/longbeach.html

For those of you that can't make it to California like myself, you can still visit the following dealers this Saturday and see Representatives at:
Maryland:Westminster at the Russ Country Garden 1pm to 3pm, (410)875-2385
Florida:Pensacola at Your Earth, 12PM to 2PM, (850)478-2668
Michigan:Holland at the Mole Hole, 1pm to 3pm, (800)771-5751

SO NO MATTER WHERE YOU TRAVEL THIS WEEKEND, LET IT BE KNOWN. Post it here so you can meet your fellow HL'ers.

Thanks SIDD....

I'll be arriving in Long Beach in the afternoon to set up for Saturday and Sunday. If all goes well, you'll be able to view "live" video from the Harbour Lights booth.

In this feed, a new image is up-loaded about every 30 seconds. Whoever happens to be in front of the camera will be seen. Usually these are mostly wide-angle views of the booth area.

If you are AOL or AIM, put me on your buddy list "Chidester". If you see me on Saturday or Sunday, IM me and we'll have a chat.

In the past, it's my experience not too many collectors are on line on Saturday or Sunday, but we may try to have a chat too.

Just check in every once in a while and look for a note on the forums AND on www.HarbourLights.com.

John

Well Sidd, a few days ago my husband asked if we had any plans for the weekend & I couldn't think of anything so . . . we're taking a road trip.

Leaving work noon Friday & should be in Long Beach 6-7 that evening. Hope to see other forum members there!

Polly
