Can't allow the day to pass by without recognizing the death of Waylong Jennings here in Arizona.
I've not been a country music fan, but a song by Waylon -- or even better by Waylon and Willie -- always caught me ear.
A favorite was Pancho & Lefty.
RIP Waylon Jennings.

I'm with you John...Years ago I saw him and Willie at the Riverside Ballroom in Phoenix. My favorite is "Mamma's Don't Let your Babies Grow Up to be Cowboys." The good part is that his songs will never die. Ruthie
