Best wishes to Michele Clough whose last day at Younger & Associates will be this Friday, October 29. Michele has been with the Younger family since the business started in Bill & Nancy's garage back in 1991.

She has been most currently customer service manager. Michele says "It has been so much fun. I love the collectors; it has been a wonderful journey."

Michele says that there are many changes in her life lately and she felt it was time for her to move on. We'll all miss her!

Sue and I will really miss Michele, she has been a great friend to the Bradys and all HL colletors...

She has had an impact on every collector of Harbour Lights whether they knew it or not.. She has always tried to help me when I called, no matter how busy she has been at the time.. It was Michele that came up with the idea of autoshipping the same numbers to dealers... a very popular feature with collectors..

We wish Michele the best in all of her future endeavors!

I'm sure you don't remember me, but I've talked with you on more than a few occasions. You have always been extremely helpful, very considerate, patient with my sometimes ignorant questions, and overall a pleasure to talk to. I wish you the very best in whatever you decide to do.

I am sorry to hear your leaving Harbour Lights,
you made all the times I've seen you a special time . We all have had some good laughs with each other . It will not be the same in the future when I call there, to many of my old and dear Harbour friends are gone or are leaving .
