In another thread, Torchbearer (Tim) mentioned this Saturday is his anniversary.. After being married to my wife for nearly 22 yars (spelt like that down here) this Saturday Personally, if my anniversary were Saturday I would say I was married exactly 22 years. All cheap shots aside, HAPPY ANNIVERSARY to the Torchbearers. Hope you have a great day. Congratulations. Dave

Thank you everyone for the very kind words. Looking back, it doesn't seem like 22 years, and yet, I couldn't imagine life without my dearest wife. We have laughed, and cried together through the years. Each time, drawing us closer to one another. She has spent many sleepless nights while I was away from home serving my country. She endured hours of life threatening labor with our first child, and yet, found the strength to bring into this world our daughter Kristen. A few years later, and against all odds, she gave birth to our son David. Through good times, and bad, her light continues to shine. She is my inspiration; she is my life; she is the true Torchbearer. To my wife Jackie, I love you with all my heart. Thank you for making me whole. Tim - Gratefully keeping the flame lit...

Sorry Tim. Must be getting senile to have missed this thread for the past two days (I know - common affliction of Warrant Officers). Happy Anniversary to you and Jackie. Must be a good month. Cam and I were married on the 15th several years before you guys. We only missed the original Woodstock by 15 miles while on our honeymoon. Here's to many more years together. Rich ------------------

Happy Anniversary, Tim & Jackie! Seems like there are a lot of August weddings. Lorna and I will celebrate our 32nd anniversary on August 16th. My anniversary date is hard to forget. August 16th is the day Elvis passed away. Of course, I was married long before Elvis pulled the plug. Bob
