Just picked up Pt. Judith #391. Seems to be a high quality piece. Have not found seahorse, but then all the waves look like seahorses to me. Am always amazed at the amount of detail that is sculpted into the piece. There is a picnic table with either empty coffee cups or vanilla ice cream in bowls - I vote for the ice cream.

Just got my Point Judith, too. And the critic says:

Not bad. Both towers are well done (the light tower and the one attached to the keeper's house). I like the long, slender sliver of water and the latticework on the outbuilding with no doors (No doors? Hmm, would that constitute a historical inaccuracy?)

Rumor has it the painters actually used Jello sugar-free vanilla pudding to fill the bowls on the table.

Regardless of its ample size and overall pleasing appearance, Point Judith will hang around for awhile. I predict it will retire in 30-36 months.

P.S. Lame seahorse, guys. Looks like it's on a starvation diet.

I don't have mine yet -- but I remember seeing the AP at Rosemont and the Reunion - I was amazed at the glass block windows in the tower. Somehow they figured out how to give them just the right amount of 'sparkle'. Did the production models do the same?

I just picked up my Point Judith (#544) this afternoon. I walked into a dealer and there it was, the only one he received so far. What a great piece! It's in my boating area so the piece is very significant to me. I pass it twice a week going to and from Block Island during the summer months. Thank you Harbour Lights! You've done a great job on this one!
