Yes, it's that time of year again: when Digger comes out of his hole and if he sees his shadow... Oops! That's the wrong month on the calendar! OK. June 11. Thanks everyone. Just got back from my Gatlinburg adventure today and what a "trip"! Spent my birthday on the road and arrived at the chalet just in time for our 24th wedding anniversary. Everything started out great until my mother saw how high we were and "Freaked Out"!!! Needless to say, we spent the week in a townhouse in town. Guess what? No refunds!!! I guess $1,700 down the drain is better than my mother having another heart attack. Bad thing is it took all the money I had saved for vacation to cover the townhouse, so no souvenirs or HL's this trip.
