Hello everyone....long time no speak.
Couldn't help but post a recent shot of our little beacon, Sean. Snuck this one in while he was having some deep reflections after a warm bath. He'll be 7 months old on Monday.
I've not chatted on the forums for quite some time now, but occasionally try to catch up on the gossip. The last 6 months have been a whirlwind of architecture and taking care of the little one. This winter/ spring's business has been an explosion of designs that I can't seem to keep up with. Have been running a 30-45 day backlog of work, with a 2 month lead-in time for new projects. Don't think I'll ever catch up. I've been trying for the last 4 months to squeeze in a little time on our new house design too. Getting pretty bad when I can't even take the time to design our own house! Hopefully we will be digging by June if things go right and I finish the contract drawings soon.
I hope sometime soon I can free up enough to spend more time on the forums. Going through lighthouse withdrawal, but someday will get back at it. Sean seems to be my #1 photography subject over the last 7 months.
Until we meet again, I just wanted to say hi to everyone.
He's just adorable. We do miss you and am glad that you've checked in. Being so busy with work I suppose is really a blessing these days when so many folks are losing jobs. Sometime when you have a chance why not show us a design of your new home. I'll bet it's neat.
