I would appreciate your prayers. You all seem to be good at getting in touch. I have been out of a job for over 3 months now and have yet to land one. I have put in applications and resumes every where. This is effecting so many things, not to mention putting a curtail on my HL collection.

Thanks

Rusty

You've got mine, Rusty. What type of work are you looking for? What part of the country?

I'm sorry to hear about your situation, Rusty. I hope & pray that you find what you're looking for....and soon! As the old saying goes...."been there, done that" and so I have a good idea of what you must be going through. Good Luck!

John and Brent,
Thanks for the prayers. I spent 21 years in the telecommunications field with A.T.& T. Left that in 1994 to Pastor a church I started. I left that at the end of last year due to my wife's sickness and a few other things. Tried my hand at being a mortgage loan originator around November 2000 till April 2001 until they closed. Don't want to go back to that, and I am too tired to go back to pastoring, nor could my wife handle it, so probably looking for work in the telecommunications industry again in or around the Atlanta area. But at this point would just about do anything.

Thanks Again,

Rusty

Good luck Rusty. That "perfect" job is out there just waiting for you. I need someone to run a mower at the cemetery?

Rusty, most everyone I know locally who used to work for the "phone company" works for Telergy now, unless of course they're like me and don't want to work!

Here is their site. Although they're local, maybe there is a similar type company near you?

Hang in there Rusty. I just went through the same ordeal! I wish you the best of luck with your search.

I tried responding to you about the Tornados here in Myrtle Beach but my messages kept getting returned. The storms were to the North of us and Elizabeth and I are just fine. The news really didn't show all the damage and we were pretty amazed at how many different places had been damaged. We were very lucky that there were no fatalities.

Thanks for your concern!!!!!

Sean

Just don't tell Rusty what happened to the last guy who helped you.

Rusty, we're all keeping you in our positive thoughts and prayers and know that you will soon find the right job for you and your family.

Dave

Thanks everyone, you just don't know how much it means to me.

Rusty

Mombo, thanks for the link to Telergy. Looks like a great company, just wish it was a little further south.
