This is for the HL Collectors who have also collected Anchor Bay:

How do you display your AB boats? Do you display them inside the glass case on top of the wooden base?

Has anyone decided to just put your AB boats in with your HL LH collection without utilizing the case & base?

Do you put the boat and case inside a curio?

Inquiring minds on the East Coast, where it's 65 degrees and sunny, would like to know.

Bob, I have the first 6 pieces of the AB line. They are displayed on their wooden base under their glass cover. I purchased 2 foot glass shelves from a home supply store. Each shelf attaches into a polished metal bracket on the wall. All six are staggered on the same wall. Each AB is flanked by two GLOWS on their shelf. I don't know if my description allows you to visualize the set up,but really it doesn't look to bad.

Hi Bob, where it's 65 and sunny.

It's 78 and a hurricane here.

I have my AB on the wooden base, inside of the glass box displays. I have them on the VCR shelf in my wall unit, all three side by side.

Hi Bob,

I have done it several ways

1. on Wood base with glass cover
in currio cabinet
2. On wood base with glass cover in 75Gl
fish tank ( before set up ) until I set the
tank up the boats looked great when you
turned on the tank light .
3. on wood base with glass cover on various
wall shelves as I now move them from time to
time mainly to keep them from direct sun and
also just to display in other areas.

I have always used the wood base and glass
cover due to so many details that can be broken.

Mine are in their glass cases - on top of the HL curio cabinets and on the coffee table.
