Were there ever any variations on where the crew was placed on the lightships? I know there were a "few" initial open releases that had no crew. But I have seen several AB's the had crew but they are not in the same place as mine. It appears that this one ship is missing half the crew, which can only mean they fell overboard and need help fast. Any information would help.

I was wondering a similar thing about the crews. I remember something about the first 400 (I think?). I'm sure Bob M. can help us out? If I got a lightship, I think I'd want a crew. Is this the smaller edition size?

Except for the LS Chesapeake, the ones without crews are much more rare.
