I am new to this website so I hope someone knowledgeable can give me some insight.
I tried to order the 44' Lifeboat from Lighthouse Depot yesterday and was told it was no longer available. They said it had been replaced with a replica. It is still listed as available on this website.
My husband really wants this piece since he served onboard a 44' Lifeboat in NC. Anyone have any ideas on how I might locate this piece?

Well your inquiry took a whole new twist when I contacted Harbour Lights.

The 44' Lifeboat AB110 with the case and base has been discontinued and after the first of the year, you'll see AB114 - the 44' Lifeboat WITHOUT the crew and without the case and base. Retail will be $70 and it will be limited to 4,000 (renumbering these from 1)

You might be able to find the version with the case and base by calling around to the Harbour Lights dealers.

Check the dealers in your state through the "Find a Dealer" search button upper right of www.HarbourLights.com.

I just wanted to thank everyone who responded to my dilemma. I found the Lifeboat at a dealer recommended by Paul and they are shipping it tomorrow. Thanks again for all your help!

And how many AB110 are out there?

The correct number for the re-released Patrol Boat should be AB113. (Hmm wonder what 112 is?)

And we'll have the count on the AB110s tomorrow.

Very interesting...the limited editions become even more limited.
