When I received my AB USCG Rigid Hull Inflatable it had only one person aboard. I was associated with the Coast Guard in the Florida Keys for 10 years. Never during this time did I see a boat of any kind go out with less than two POB, "Persons On Board". Is this an oversight on the part of Harbour Lights AB line? I am thinking of asking for a second CG person that I will put in one of the back seats. I think this will show what is required.
Any comments?

I haven't received mine yet as my autoship number came in damaged and it was returned to HL by my dealer. I never really payed much attention to the picture to see how many crew members on board, but, I have to agree with you on the regulations on the amount of crew members. The least I think the CG would allow is two. Usually it would be three on a regular small boat. Rich
