Had wonderful surprise today. Our regular dealer called and said that they just receieved Old St. Augustine and we could get one if we wanted it! I work nights and was sleeping, so my husband went and got one. It was on the table when I woke up-- what I great surprise. I haven't had time to look at all the details yet, but so far I am really enjoying it. One disappointment was that I realized that my 41 year old eyes could not find the seahorse unless I had my bifocals on . chris g

I was just checking the HL website for information about #275, Old St. Augustine, and realized that it is not even posted yet! How did I get lucky enough to get this??

Info as well as a picture of Old St. Augustine was in the last Legacy, Volume 9, Number 1, which everyone should have received by now.

I saw it at the dealer near my house and it looks nice. HL did a great job. I didn't think it was so large! Chuck ------------------ bigdragon

You're right, JJ. It is big. It is a magnificient piece presented in a simplistic manner. Who ever stated that HL was going to offer their 2002 pieces in bigger foot prints is correct so far. All this for $75. A few years back you would have expected to spend $100 for a piece like Old St. Augustine. I think Harbour Lights are getting to be like the computer companies. Just when you think they've released the ultimate product, they come out with something better. Keep up the fabulous work, Harbour Lights!!! Bob

Picked mine up at the St. Augustine L/H Pen House weekend. Bill was there in his prime-- signing away and giving out with his L/H tales. Had a LARGE crowd (It was free for the weekend) and a lot of HL's were sold there. It is a nice HL !!!

When I receive a new HL, that is a real eye-catcher, I always put it front and center on the top shelf of my main curio. After displaying Old St. Augustine there for a few days, I realized a lot of its finery could not be observed because of the walls on this piece. I found that moving OSA to the next shelf down allowed for a full view inside the walls of the piece. Has anyone else done something similar? Bob

I purchased my OSA the other day and was also surprised by it's girth. Looks like things to come?! I really do like it and have it sitting in my office. Paul... thanks for the great shots. They look great! Tim - Keeping the flame lit...
