The Lighthouse Legacy Issue 2 for 1999 is off the presses and on the way to Collector Society members. Here are some of what you can see when it arrives at your mailbox:

* Review of 1999-2000 Society Editions
* Sneak Peek at four limited editions summer editions
* Photos from Tybee relighting
* Kids' drawings of lighthouses
* News about the Grosse Point event 6/25 at 5 PM
* Winners of the "Register and Win" contest
* Invitation to join Bill in August for a half-day special trip to Sapelo Island, GA lighthouse
* A Q&A on www.HarbourLights.com
* A photo of our on-line friend, Todd Shorkey (bodyguard to Bill)
* A letter from "Forrest Green" sending "condolences on the loss of Bob Younger".

Yep, I know I didn't name the four new ones. Soon, very soon. Got to give 'Scoop' Kuhlman a chance.

Okay...it's been nearly two weeks.

For those of us who probably won't see their Legacy until the snow flies, can you please now reveal the 4 new ones? I guess Fred's AWOL.

I'd also like to know. By the time we get the Legacy, the news is really old. I'll be surprised if it gets here much before Rosemont.

How about if I give you a hint? I'll teach fishing rather than dispense fish?

Read last night's chat log.

No log for last night posted yet. I hope Legacy gets here before end of month because I would like to get the info about Grosse Point so I can go.

PLEASE share some hints. . . . . .

I received my legacy last week. Hope you all get yours soon.

The only hint I can give you -- look at the Harbour Lights home page.

See you at Rosemont

Yeah, finally got my Legacy today. And thanks to John for also posting the new list. Maybe should have taken a hint since Paul's picture of Old Mission Point showed up on the main page. Actual lighthouse has a nice setting- pretty beach in front. Lots of people there when we stoped a couple summers ago. Located on the 45th parrallel - halfway between equator & north pole.

Just received my Legacy yesterday (6/4/99). The new pieces look very interesting. I will definitely add all four to my collection.

The new Legacy finally made it to the wilds of North Carolina. The four new introductions look real nice. Tempting even.

Does anyone know if HL has Canadian outlets? If not, are the new introductions and the Canadian Christmas '99 piece foreshadowing an expansion of the distribution model for HLs?

Yes, Rick, several Canadian dealers.

Use the Dealer Search and enter "Canada" in the state field.

Received my New Legacy today. I love the four new lights, especially the Spanish one. I have become quite fond of the International pieces Harbour Lights produces, and they have really outdone themselves again. I can't wait.

With the information of the new pieces via this webpage, my Legacy couldn't find a way to my home YET,I went looking on the net for photographs of the actual lights and found a couple of Fisgard I'd like to share. Knowing that I will be in that area this summer makes me feel like adding this one to my itinerary. (Fly over, of course)

I am in a high school for summer school and can't post these sites so you can go directly to them, so if someone reading this wants to do so, that would be lovely.

Sir John,

I owe you!

Well, the barge carrying the Legacy, Seven Foot Knoll art work, redemption notices, etc. docked at my house yesterday. I expect the Society piece to be here any day, I'm so excited.

Sharon, from HL office, wrote me a note asking forgiveness for misspelling my name in the Legacy. I called to let her know that her fine was to whisper "Prices Creek, NC" in Kim's ear every morning.

Thanks again, John.

Finally, Baltimore arrived on Friday the 4th. The Legacy arrived on the 7th. Its great getting it all at one time but its a killer to hear about everyone else getting theirs ahead of you, and then you can only wait, wait and wait.
