Received my Roundout II, NY yesterday and the box has the HL web address on the side printed in red ink. The HL logo on box top is also printed in red ink.Is this a new design for 04?

Paul mentioned it before. Yes, a new design. Anybody got a photo of it?

I noticed the WWW.Harbourlights.com printed in red, as soon as I received my first two new releases of the year. Great idea to get people to visit their website. It's too bad that www.lighthousekeepers.com wasn't listed at the HL site. I know, you can't beat a dead horse.

Bob,

I think that dead horse was one reason John wanted us to mention the Forums when we reregistered at the HL site recently.

It might help to make them understand why a link from the HL site to us is just as helpful as the link we have to the HL site here.

Your absolutely right, Dennis. Where could you find a bigger group of HL cheerleaders other than here at the CF.

Collecting is certainly a lot more enjoyable if you have friends to share your feelings with about your collection and everything else that revolves around it.

It is the Collector Forums that turn collecting into a way of life for many of us.

HARBOUR LIGHTS! HARBOUR LIGHTS!!! GOOOOO HARBOUR LIGHTS!!

H-A-R-B-O-U-R L-I-G-H-T-S!!

Had to do that. My craziness is showing through.

Seriously, I agree. This is the BEST source on the web for HL info. Sometimes, the HL site can be lacking in info simply becuase of the content. HL can't post rumors on their site, it doesn't look good. There are all sorts of "insider info" that we get from our members. Mostly stuff that HL could never have on their website for fear of it hurting the company. This is the reason that they probably took us OFF the site, and why we should be ON it.

H-A-R-B-O-U-R..... laugh

Hi Bob and everyone else, the HL link has to have the comma moved or removed to work.

As you can see at the bottom of your and Bob's posts, I edited the comma out of the HarbourLights.com

Takes on a different appearance underground, eh Digger? Hold it up close to the ground level and see if that works better.

I must admit I was a little surprised when I received my first two HL's of 2004 with the "new-style" box. I do believe this is the first change to their standard box in quite some time.

As said before, it is a great way to let the consumer know where to find them on the Net. Now if we could only find a way to get the CF site info out to the many HL collectors who have never joined us. Hmmm???

 Bob

I haven't recieved any of my new peices yet as they are currently being prepaid for shipment to me but all I can say from viewing Larry's image is....

WOW !

The red sure does stand out from the classic light blue and white background.

Nice Move HL. I like it! smile
