I've gotten an email from a collector wanting to know the location of this seahorse. Anybody find it?

John, after much close-up looking, I see them everywhere! There's one on my desk! I thought a good place would be around the base, it would blend right in- What is on the edge of the bucket by the door? Is there something in the bucket? Is it green? Do I have all my bases covered?

So I went to Harbour Lights web page, I don't really go there that often, and saw a link to "seahorses"- of course this is the first I've heard of all that jazz, of course I haven't looked at the locations they give for the "sightings"- but I was looking at my Monomy Pt. If you want to see something, you usually can. Is this case closed? Solved? John? Anyone?

Not a trick question. Just a collector who emailed HL looking for the seahorse. I checked the web site and see no one has come up with it yet, so I asked you guys.

You know, I got Monomoy Pt. back in February. I've looked at it off and on since then, and still have not found anything that looks convincingly like a seahorse. Now I haven't gotten out the magnifying glass yet, but that's only because I don't currently have one in the house. Just out of curiosity, where is the seahorse on Cape St. George? Out of 70 or so lighthouses, it and Monomoy are the only ones I've not yet located.

I have had no luck locating the little guy on Monomy but I think I have Cape St George: Hold piece so that the flag is in back and the light in front. On the right side of the building, on the bushes, wedged between the building and the single palm tree. He's green. Hope I'm right!

My wife and I looked for at least an hour last night and still haven't found the one on Monomoy Point, and she's usually good at finding them!

I looked for awhile and I couldn't find it. The closest thing that resembles it is between the 2 buildings in front of the boxes. It's a hose looking thing, but too thin(?) to be a seahorse, or as Bill would say a "Hippocampus Brevirostris".
