I was at my dealers this morning picking up the Christmas piece and I asked about the new lens. She said that she doubted that they would get it and that it wasn't even on her order form. Of course I really want this one so I rushed home and ordered through Lighthouse Depot with no problem. They said expected delivery was late November. I'm wondering if this is just a thing with my dealer or do others have this problem. Now that I think about it she has never gotten any of the lenses. Mine have all come from LH Depot. Terry

I would think that it maybe because they haven't ordered one. My dealer has two on order. One's mine!

John has put the lens of the homepage of the HL . 7500 issue. This one shouldn't be a problem to get one.
My dealer has autoship and only got the previous two a few weeks ago even though they were numbered 834 & 835. Quality conrol? Breakage? Paul alluded to HLs maybe sitting on San Diego piers because of dockworkers strike.
Lighthouse Depot has to be one of the biggest volume retailers so they probably have some pull!
(St Augustine is another. Bill has a funny story about them.)

I give my dealer a customer wants form as soon as the lights are released. Since I don't get everyone this works best. However, since he blew it on the last issue of the lens' he went and ordered several this time so I won't be on the waiting list

Chuck, I agree with you! As soon as the release is issued and I know what's coming out, I notify my dealer about the items I will be wanting. They put one aside for me and call me as soon as it comes in. That's one reason I've stuck with them for so long. They take the time to make sure that I get what I've put in for. Works great for me!
