Dear all, if you come to Germany and would like to visit the lighthouse at the island of Pellworm, let me show you the view from the "lighthouse room" of my favorite hotel, the "Friesenhaus": Room with a view Do you know any other special places like that? Regards Lightshipfan

What a view! Also liked the shot across the pond from the main web site.

Cathy,
if you are visiting the Bodensee area in South Germany, donīt miss the lighthouse of Friedrichshafen at night - itīs very romantic.

Great View! Closest veiw I ever got of a lighthouse was a view of the Washington Monument from the Doubletree Inn once when I missed my connection in D.C. when my plane was late getting in from Boston. (With 10 cans of frozen Maine lobster) That's another story!

Nice. I think my ideal view would be: Of course I'd rather be LIVING in Old Point Comfort, but this would be second best.

Nice photo manipulation, JC! Especially the reflection of the window. You are a crafty person! Bob
