Darlene,

Nice work. One question- did you stay up all night opr get up real early to finish this?

I'll be looking for those updates on the Private Aids To Navigation.

Well done! This looks like a new idea that will open new worlds on the web. Several of these lights are hard to find photos of. Keep up the good work--I'm looking forward to your continuing journeys! laugh

Enjoyed the photos. Look forward to seeing more. Washington State is a long way from here, so I may not get out there to visit any lights in the near future. So, will enjoy visiting your website and seeing your photos of lighthouse in that area.

Very impressive and very nice. A good starting point and hopefully it will be easy to add to.

Very nicely done. This is a neat topic that has not been well covered in the past. I have seen one of these on a past visit to the Northwest and wish I had known about the rest. I will try to view them on a future visit, and again thanks for the wonderful information.

Thanks to all for your input. I appreciate all the ideas and am glad you enjoy the site. I plan to include a guest book in the future as well as lights that have been relit and are now considered private aids to navigation. Case in point is Battery Point Light. Will keep you posted as I add more. Have to find some time to get back and add more information.

Dave, I do some of my best work at night when it is quiet and remember there is a time difference so it wasn't as late [or early] as it appears.

Nice Job! laugh

Marblehead, Mass. Lighthouse, you will always have a very special place in our hearts. ....We've made the journey as far south as New Jersey, as far north as Canada. Over 100 lighthouses visited.... and so many more to go.
