Does anyone know what the general markup on HL LE, GLOWS, and LLOM is at MSRP?

%100, msrp is double the dealers cost

Is every line double dealer cost markup? Including Anchor Bays, ornaments and LLOM?

I don't know that to be true of every line. But the sad part of it all is that the people that make the most profit are the people are the people who do the least work, the dealers (not that I have any problem with dealers profits, I don't) if you take all the production casts, office, shipping, research and so on, HL's 50% doesn't look as big after that.
