Hey Richard! How do you change the format of your name from standard Times New Roman to something different like Comic sans MS? Also the color variation? Is this done through UBB or HTML? Curious minds would like to know.... Foggy Foggy [This message has been edited by 1 Foghorn (edited 11-29-99).]

I've tried what it suggested, but with no luck. FOGGY [This message has been edited by 1 Foghorn (edited 12-05-99).] [This message has been edited by 1 Foghorn (edited 12-05-99).] [This message has been edited by 1 Foghorn (edited 12-05-99).]

Looks like you got it working Foggy... Now each time you edit, go down to the bottom and delete those "This message edited..." lines and you'll only end up with one of those instead of multiple ones.

Bob - I adjusted your message so the picture would show up. Put the URL inside the IMG tags without any quote marks.
Is that Panama? [This message has been edited by JTimothyA (edited 12-11-99).]

Hi Tim,...I was happy to see my test picture, Gibb's Hill in Bermuda, actually made it on to the screen. Tim, you say I just needed to take the quote marks out? Is that all I have to do to post future pics? Also, how do I reduce the size of the picture so it doesn't take up so much screen. Thanks in advance for your assistance. I've never tried to do this before. Bob

Right Bob - your original post had quotes around the URL - don't need 'em; otherwise do it exactly as you did. Click the edit button on your post to review the syntax.
To make the picture smaller you need to resize it in your photo editor before your send it to Photopoint. __ /im

[img] http://albums.photopoint.com/j/View?u=177101&a=1290028&p=14504005.jpg&Sequence=1[/img] ...hmmm, not sure why these aren't showing up, Gay. They are on photopoint, and your URLs appear correct. My attempt was to use HTML rather than the UBB IMG tag to display, but no luck. Let me look at it a bit further... Ok, back. Not sure what's going on - I've never used Photopoint, but I fiddled around with it and seemed to have gotten it to work using the IMG tag. Here's the URL as I modified it, but without the IMG tags (which you still need to include). http://albums.photopoint.com/j/View?u=177101&a=1290028&p=14504005.jpg&Sequence=1Note two things: 1) I removed the word 'Photo' from your original URL, so its now just View?, not ViewPhoto? 2) I added a .jpg extension to the name of the photo. You may wish to test this with your other pics. I looked through some of your shots on photopoint - v.nice New London Ledge, by the way. __ /im [This message has been edited by JTimothyA (edited 12-19-99).]

With images, you MUST include the http:// part of the URL to bring the image in. URL's don't need that.
