In the upper right-hand quadrant of most Collector Forums, you'll see "Profile".
By clicking on this, entering your username and password, you can change everything in your profile, including your email address.
If you change your email address, you will be emailed a NEW PASSWORD to your NEW email address. You will be assigned a new password and will receive that new password at your new email address.
Once you have the new password, you can click on PROFILE again and change the password back or to any password you want (except you cannot duplicate the password of another user.)
If you change ISPs and/or your email address, you can maintain your old user name and maintain your count of posts and your WACKO status (assuming you have had at least 50 posts.)

John, is there anything I can do when I go to post and find that my password is erased? When I asked for a reminder, I got "not a registered Email address." I had to change my user name and get a new password which of course wiped out a coveted Wacko status. Is there something I did wrong? Joe

Your old handle 'easya' does show in the adminstrative user listings along with your e-mail address, and under that name you still have Wacko status. If you can remember your password for this name, you should still be able to sign on. JC may be able to set your status to Wacko under your new name.

You only need to know the email address under which you registered.
1. Click Profile 2. Enter your old user name 3. Click on "Forgot password" 4. Enter the old email address
You'll get an email with your password.
