Some interesting concepts from the judge. OBC finally found someone who is on their side in this waste of money!

Well God Bless U.S. District Court Judge Terrence Boyle. Finally someone to stand up to those Currituck County nuts.

Fantastic! Hooray for Judge Boyle! Maybe the county will give up harrassing the OBC once and for all!

Isn't pride and self-gratification wonderful? mad

I sincerely hope that Currituck County looses every last cent it has on lawsuits and that the honorable citizens take it out of the hids of the stupid people on the board.

Commissioner Owen Etheridge also said Currituck's lawsuit has nothing to do with officials' anger over losing the lighthouse. The case has everything to do with applying the county's laws to all nonprofits equally, he said.
Anyone who believes this please contact me. I have some properties I would be interested in selling to you.

These people are flaming idiots ("A person of profound mental retardation having a mental age below three years and generally being unable to learn connected speech or guard against common dangers. The term belongs to a classification system no longer in use and is now considered offensive." - yeah, that works).

If they were concerned about fairness they would understand the light should be grandfathered in since it predates county government. OBC's possession and use of the light predate the laws the idiots are trying to shove down their throats. And, what about the part of the bathrooms that OBC paid for?????

I hope all the residents of Currituck County, as well as those who are probably paying pretty hefty taxes on vacation properties) appreciate the waste of funds ongoing by their elected officials. Wouldn't you think that eventually the people would get tired of paying for the idiots they elected to office to quit stroking their own egos and avenging their defeat by wasting tax dollars that could be put to productive use?
