Really great picture of the 3rd place U.S. winner of Costco's 2006 International Photo Contest--page 25 & 26 of The Costco Connection received this week.
Nobody I personally know, but he's caught Tillamook Rock in a furious storm--ought to shake hands with Jean Guichard. . . .

Nice shot!!! Can't believe it only won third place. The fact of how rare it is to get a photo like that should have won it. The others are more likely to happen more often.
