I would really like to see Harbour Lights produce some or any of the Bahamian or Carribean lighthouses. We already have Australia, South Africa, etc represented as well as Canada & Panama. How about our good neighbors to the South. I particularly like Hope Town light on Abaco Is. There is also Paradise Island, Great Isaac, Bird Rock, Castle Island, Hole in the Wall, Port Lucaya, Great Inagua, and Elbow Reef just to name a few in the Bahamas.

Count my vote for Gibbs Hill Light in Bermuda.

I vote for Hopetown Light. It has the distinction of being one of the few remaining lights that burns kerosene. It's manned and tended nightly and burns with a warm, (albeit bright) yellowish glow. It looks as good in person as the photo in the above link suggests. Yes, I know it looks a lot like a couple of lights HL has already done, but a clear difference is that each "band" is stepped (or indented): no smooth tapered sides here. Another challenge for the HL artisans!!

I like Gibbs Hill too, but I like Bermuda's other light, St. Davids, too. Maybe even more. Without the majestic, hilltop site, Gibbs Hill is kind of plain. St. Davids has an interesting shape and color scheme that I think would translate well into a HL.

I guess if they wanted to send me to photograph either one, I wouldn't turn them down.

BTW, did you see St. Davids Light in the movie THE DEEP ? Robert Shaw's character lived there.
