As a budding computerist and programmer, I am currently finishing advanced classes in both Access and VB6.0, as a joint class project I completed a Harbour Lights collection tracker. Is there any interest out there for something besides Greenware?? How does someone go about getting permission to use the HL logo (or anything they have copywritten)?? Buy On Tucker

I'm very interested and would be completely interested in beta testing your program...

I'd like to know more about the program also. I'm just starting with Access but have been using Excel for a short while now.

I would like to have an inventory program as well. Something that I could print out for insurance purposes. Thanks for the hard work.

I use Greenbook. I really like the photos they include and the GRTru values they have - you'll have to have some bells and whistles to compete with them.

I'm looking for something that I can track my pieces on; with all data (piece# and name, edition #, where I bought it, when I bought it, what I paid for it, what it's value is now, and the difference in what I paid, and it's value now.

I have been playing with Access to try to organize my HL data. I would love to get a head start by using a database that someone else has already set up. Let me know when you are ready to distribute it. Thanks Alan

Alan - don't forget Tim's downloadable list in Excel. You can import Excel files into Access easily and go from there.

I have an Excel spreadsheet with info including when, who, what price, and what order I obtained my HLs. I'd be interested in what your doing and would be willing to review your db as your going along if you'd like another input?

Thank-you for all the responses so far, I am going to be on vacation for two weeks ( a partial H.L. hunting tour). If you send e-mail address I would be happy to send out a copy of my Database (it is complete) and would love feed back about what additional information you think needs to be there. The interface needs some work and is NOT ready for even input. Thanks again Tucker
