Hello all,

Thank you for accepting my membership. I am a merchant marine and have been sailing for 35+ years. I depended on lights when running coastwise and would take bearing of the lights to determine my position. When lights were downgraded in luminous range due to budget cuts, mariners had to adapt.
My wife and I have visited many of the local Cape Cod light houses as well as some in the Caribbean.
As a Mariner, I have been up and down the East and west coasts of the US as well as overseas across the Pacific and into the Indian Ocean.

Just recently, I bought a couple Harbour Lights Frensel lenses. I will be looking for others.
I look forward to conversing with you.

All the best,
Tim

DeLongMarine Welcome to the forums. It is so nice when New members reply to The Welcome Mat.
Good luck with finding the Fresnel lenses. Besides eBay you can try Roland's web site The Cape Code Store under collecting.
