While I was channel surfing this evening I came upon an ad for a show about lighthouse history on the History Channel.
Its on Mon March 19 10:00 - 11:00 PM, with a rebroadcast a few hours later on Tues March 20 2:00 - 3:00 AM. I believe the times are Eastern so check your local listings to be sure.

Thanks Doc John will check it out and set the VCR. My husband doesn't miss anything on the History Channel so he will know if it's on. Sheryl

I thought this show was pretty good for a one hour program. And it was nice to see some of our lighthouse "friends"! There was one lighthouse shown a couple times that was very close to a cliff that dropped straight down. Does anyone know what light that was?

I enjoyed the show. I even taped it so I can watch it again. It was nice to see lighthouses that are in my local area.

I enjoyed the show also. Thanks for letting us know it was going to be on. And like Mombo, I also wondered what lighthouse that was on the steep cliff. Does anyone have an idea?

I blew it ! I marked it on my desktop calendar and STILL MISSED IT! I tried to find it Tuesday at 10:00pm, of course to no avail. If you know of a replay let me know, I promise not to miss it a second time.

I saw it and really enjoyed it. Thanks to my hubby (who is slowly catching my disease!!), I was able to watch all but the first 15 seconds ...(I respond quickly to "Honey, here's something about lighthouses!!)
I thought it was a great program.

I saw it too it was a great show I was going to tape it but my vcr wont pick up that high of a channel o well, I could get a newer vcr but then there goes the money for HL's I guess I keep this vcr for awhile Larry
