The building went condo - what's up with that? How long ago did that happen? The sign out front says it also houses the C of C and Visitor's Center. Who's the owner? What was the situation before this condo business, regular rental? $8 to 9K a month for a seasonal place is insane. Sounds like someone is trying to screw the owners/tenants who are not businesses just folks trying to promote the town and local history.

What happened to the Lighthouse Depot complex? Were all the buildings torn down or just the store? There was also a house for the magazine and another building for Tim's museum. Does the museum in Rockland need a space that includes 3 meeting rooms. Sure it looks nice and a good location but really. I think if I were that museum I'd try to find another place at a reasonable cost.
