Family and friends,

As some of you may already know, Nancy Younger is dealing with a badly ruptured disk at level T-12. She had emergency surgery on Sunday and has done very well since, but must go back into surgery this afternoon to further relieve the pressure on her spinal cord.

She will have a laminectomy and fusion in order to stabilize the spine. Her spirits are good...you know Nancy!! She does covet your prayers, for wisdom for her surgeon and for a full recovery. She is at Sharp Memorial Hospital in Kearny Mesa, in the ICU unit, so cannot visit with you in person, but would be happy to receive your communication via text, email or snail mail.

We will keep you informed, and will let you know when she is able to receive visitors (or flowers)!
