Ok, now for more from my vacation. I shot these photos of the North Manitou shoal light, "The Crib", on the ferry ride back from South Manitou. I was lucky to have very calm water on the lake, and it made for a nice ride and some pretty decent pictures.
On the way over to the island I shot some good ones of the light with a tug and barge passing in front of it. Unfortunately the night before I had pushed a roll of 400 print film to 500, and when I loaded the roll of Provia on the ferry, I forgot to reset the camera to DX, so I had about 10 shots that were terribly underexposed. I scanned them with the brightness cranked way up and they're viewable, but not nearly as good as they would have been had I paid attention..... To say I was upset was an understatement. My wife was pretty sick of hearing about it after a short time. :rolleyes:
