You still have time to earn your wacko status in order to be eligible to vote for "restoration lighthouse of the year" which is part of the pin project. Please read my posting on "TIME TO VOTE" for complete rules.
You have until 11:59PM EST , Sunday, Oct. 17, to achieve your wacko status and send in your vote. Don't wait til the last minute though, as it may take time for your wacko status to get registered on the software, so that you will know if you can vote.
WORK HARD! POST AWAY! SUPPORT A LIGHTHOUSE RESTORATION PROJECT!
Many thanks for your enthusiasm, Ladylighthkeeper

If I keep thanking people like the Ladylightkeeper for the encouragement, I'll be a wacko before I know it. Twenty Two more to go. Let's Go Newbies, we'll be Wacko's yet.

Newbies: I am so proud of you. You are really trying hard. Remember, there are many other special-topic forums besides the General Forum. You can put postings or replies on any of those; and they will also count towards your wacko status. Look at the list of interesting forum section headings and you are bound to find some other areas to meet your interests or that you can give replies to or ask questions.
I am an ex-teacher (actually "once" a teacher, always a teacher at heart) so I give you all a grade of "A" for effort and a "K", and a"T", and an "F" for Keeping The Flame.

I am trying so hard. I have been posting for some time and have no idea how close I am. Thanks for the encouragement.

Amber, if you click on the eyeglasses for one of your posts you will get your profile, which lists the number of your posts. Now you can see how many more you need to be a wacko.

LadyLight,
We're trying our best, but you wackos have to lend us a hand. We need some really juicy stuff to get into about, these congrats are nice but we need some hot topics. How about something like how much do the people get paid who produce these lights? How about how slow is the US Postal Service VS UPS. Come on let's light a fire!

Youngone, LadyLight, ...we need some hot topics. How about something like how much do the people get paid who produce these lights? .....Come on let's light a fire! Pick a topic and start a new thread (in the correct forum, of course). Make it something that means a lot to you, or that you have strong feelings about. You'll light the fire yourself. Dave
