Our local news talk radio station, and a local shopping district are having a fundraiser for the WAUGOSHANCE lighthouse this weekend. www.northernmichiganmall.com/news (10/15/09 front cover of newspaper has been changed.) www.bayharbor.com/press www.waugoshance.org A pin of Waugoshance lighthouse has been designed, and all monies collected ($5.00 per pin) are given to the lighthouse preservation society. If you are interested in obtaining a pin or two, the pins are $5.00 each and $2.00 for shipping. Please email me for payment info, as I will be mailing the pin (s) to you. Thank you for your interests!

Bringing the WAUGOSHANCE pins to the lighthouse festival this weekend in Alpena, Michigan. www.lighthousefestival.org Each pin is $5.00 and all monies go to the WAUGOSHANCE Society for preservation of the lighthouse. Please help the fundraiser and receive a good looking pin.

 Here is a scan of the pin. The tower is actually a light tan and white. Due to the light from the scan..it is showing multi color. I will try to take a photo with my digital camera and post. But this gives you the idea. Great looking pin!

Bright yes - we have to find a way to get the pins in the "front row" at the Festival, next year (As you know, I was at the Fesival and totally missed them). Of course, Chris might have been persuaded to be at the Festival if he wasn't on his honeymoon! I will let my folks know that the pins are available - are you the contact? Thanks! Pat

YES, I am the contact person to obtain the Waugoshance pins. The price is $5.00 for each pin, and all the monies go to the Waugoshance Preservation Society. $2.00 additional for the mailing of a pin. I am assisting with the mailing of these pins. Thank you!
