Darlene -- After the deadline, please let me know how many pins need to be ordered in order to meet the minimum requirement if it has not been met. I have a buyer who will purchase the remainder to assure production of this year's pin.

When will these pins be available?

The pins are usually available for shipping within 30 to 45 days after the order is placed. However, this year a new factory is doing the manufacturing so the schedule may be different from the past ones.

I believe that Paul collected enough commitments at the Jacksonville Regional to put us over the minimum required.

Yep. I just got a call from Paul. Bill took the project under his 'gavel' and told those in attendance that we had to put this project over the top.

Paul has collected the checks, names and addresses from the 14 orders he took and will pass one check on to Darlene.

I just got an email from Eric telling me the good news. About a half hour ago I finished counting and came up with 152 -- 2 over and a few of those were commitments not yet paid; this definitely puts us over the top.
