Jim from Charleston, South Carolina is the new owner. He plans to visit in Spring and get bids on a complete restoration the lighthouse . He does not have time to do the work himself. Tax credits should help pay part of the bill.
He is considering a bed & breakfast/family retreat idea (much like Nick's)
